What makes Moss Dental Studio different?
Dr. Molldrem has cared for Eden Prairie patients for 25 years. Moss is a private practice with a long-serving clinical team. Its calming, nature-inspired environment grew from listening to patients with dental anxiety. The Lakeville office’s custom moss panels inspired the name, and that concept has expanded to Eden Prairie.
Is Moss Dental Studio the same as Molldrem Family Dentistry?
Yes. Moss Dental Studio is the new name for Molldrem Family Dentistry. Ownership remains the same, and Dr. Molldrem is not leaving or retiring.
Will I see the same dentists and clinical team?
Yes. Our familiar dentists and team remain, and we are adding team members. Our clinical staff have been with the practice for many years, and we do not use temporary clinical staff.
Do you take my insurance, and what if I don’t have insurance?
Both Moss locations accept the dental insurance, Medical Assistance and Medicare plans shown in our accepted insurance list. Acceptance does not establish in-network status or guarantee coverage for a specific treatment. Contact our team to verify your plan and benefits. Without dental insurance, explore our IHSP / In-House Savings Plan or ask about payment options.
What if dental anxiety has kept me from visiting?
Tell our team what concerns you when you request your visit. The practice’s nature-inspired environment was created to feel calming and welcoming for patients affected by dental anxiety.
Can I receive care at either office?
Yes. You can receive care at Eden Prairie or Lakeville and go back and forth between locations. The practice can access your X-rays between offices.
Do existing patients need new paperwork or a new treatment plan?
No new paperwork is required because of the name change. Existing appointments and treatment plans remain scheduled and valid; your fees, balances, credits and payment arrangements are unchanged.
